Registration Fee

The registration fee to attend is $165.00 per person if received no later than April 25, 2008. Late registration fee (after April 25) is $195.00 per person. No cancellations or refunds after noon on April 25, 2008.

Exhibitor Registration

For an exhibition fee of $1,900 you will receive:

• A 10'x10' table, located on the Hilton's Mezzanine -- Pittsburgh Chemical Day's high-traffic area next to registration.

  Exhibit hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2008, with setup beginning at 12:00 a.m.

• A 1/2-page black-and-white ad in the Pittsburgh Chemical Day 2008 Program Guide. (Enhanced ads are available for an additional fee.)
• Please note: The deadline for artwork is March 30, 2008.

Reserving Tables

You may reserve up to a maximum of 10 places at a particular table for your party. To reserve a table, you must register all of the individuals in your party at one time by using the same credit card transaction (The charge for the entire party will be billed to the account specified in this registration.) Reserved tables will be assigned in a generally random fashion, but consistent with receipt of registration.

Individuals not wishing to reserve tables should register themselves separately, and will be seated at partially filled tables or at non-reserved tables.

Your table assignment will appear on your badge, which will be given to you when you check in on the day of the event.
